How a night runs

Open a table
The waiter taps a free table, picks the first drinks or dishes from the same catalogue the till uses, and sends the order. Stock moves the moment it is served.

Send rounds
Another beer, then the chicken, then a soda. Each round is added to the same tab, with a note for the kitchen or bar when it matters.

Print the bill
One tap shows the bill on the tablet, prints it on the receipt printer, or shares it as a PDF. No adding up by hand.

Close the tab
The cashier takes cash, mobile money, or both. Three friends can each pay their part. When the last shilling lands, the table is free again and the sale is in the day's takings.
Moved tables?
Transfer the whole tab to the new table in one tap.
Spilled a drink?
A manager's PIN takes it off the tab and puts the stock back, with the reason kept.
